Thousands of British Airways passengers were delayed or stranded today at London Airports after the airline was hit by a computer systems problem.
Long queues formed today (August 7 ) at London Gatwick, London City and London Heathrow airports with many flights cancelled due to a problem checking in customers.
BA say the ‘systems problem’ is now resolved but may face thousandsof compensation claims from delayed passengers.
